Starting gradually
People who are new to the products, sensitive to supplements or simply prefer a slower introduction may begin with a smaller amount, then gradually increase towards the suggested standard usage.
How to measure the drops
For more consistent drop sizes, hold the bottle and dropper vertically while counting. Squeeze the dropper gently and count each drop individually.
Check first
Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking prescription medication, have an existing medical condition, are under medical supervision, or are considering giving the products to a child. HMD® MULTIS contains vitamin A: do not take if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant, except on the advice of a doctor or antenatal clinic.
Hydration During the Programme
Good hydration supports the body's normal physiological processes.
During the HMD® programme, we recommend drinking enough clean water throughout the day. Herbal teas may also be included.
Requirements vary by body size, climate, physical activity, and health status, so hydration should always suit the individual.
Alcohol and Lifestyle
We also recommend keeping alcohol consumption to a minimum while following the programme.
The liver performs many important metabolic and detoxification functions, and reducing unnecessary demands on it makes sense during any structured wellness programme.
