What is the recommended dosage of HMD®?
The suggested standard adult usage is:
45 drops, three times daily.
HMD® is generally taken approximately 10–15 minutes before meals. It may be taken directly or mixed with a small amount of water or juice.
People who are sensitive to supplements or prefer a slower introduction may begin with a smaller amount and increase gradually. Always follow the product label or personalised guidance provided by a qualified practitioner.

How long should I take HMD®?

Do I need to follow a special diet while taking HMD®?

How should I measure the drops?
Hold the dropper vertically while counting the drops. This helps produce more consistent drop sizes.
Squeeze the dropper gently and count each drop individually. The drops may be added to a small amount of water or juice if preferred.
What does HMD® taste like?
Taste is subjective, but many users describe HMD® as mildly sweet. The liquid is made with vegetable glycerin, which naturally has a slightly sweet taste.
Do HMD® and HMD LAVAGE® contain alcohol?
No. HMD® and HMD LAVAGE® are made with vegetable glycerin and do not contain alcohol.

Can HMD® be given to animals?

I am allergic to cilantro or coriander. Can I take HMD®?
No. HMD® contains cilantro, also known as coriander. Anyone with a known allergy to cilantro, coriander, or any other listed ingredient should not use the product.
