Open any product that offers repeat delivery. You will see the subscribe option on the product page, next to the one-time price.

See when it will arrive
Each pack has one delivery schedule, matched to how long that pack lasts, so the next one arrives about as you finish the last. It is shown on the product page before you add anything to your basket.

The 5% saving is applied before checkout and stays on every order after it - not just the first one.

A one-month pack arrives every month, a three-month pack every three months. You are not asked to work out the timing, and you do not end up with more than you can use.

We email you 3 days before each one is due, so nothing arrives - or is paid for - unexpectedly.

How do I start a subscription?
On the product page, choose the subscribe option instead of the one-time one, pick how often you would like it, and add it to your basket. You check out exactly as you would for any other order.
How often will it arrive?
Each pack has its own schedule, set to match how long it lasts:

How much do I save?
5% off the price of the product, on every order the subscription places - including the first. The saving is shown in your basket before you pay.
How does payment work?
Each delivery is paid for automatically on its due date, using the payment method you set up at checkout. You are charged for one delivery at a time - never for the whole subscription up front.
You are never charged without warning: we email you 3 days before each payment is due, so there is always time to make a change or cancel before anything is taken.
You can change the payment method on a subscription at any time from your account.
Can I pause or cancel?
You can cancel at any time from the Subscriptions section of your account. There is no charge for cancelling and no notice period - cancel before the next delivery is due and nothing further is sent or billed.
There is no pause option at the moment. If you need a break, cancel and set the subscription up again when you are ready - you keep the same saving.
Your delivery address and payment details can be changed at any time, and take effect from your next delivery.
What about delivery charges?
Delivery is charged on every order a subscription places, not only the first. It is worked out the same way as any other order, based on where it is going.
You will see the full amount - products, delivery and any tax - at checkout before your first payment, and it is itemised again on every order confirmation after that. The 5% saving applies to the products.
Are my card details stored on your website?
No. Your card number is never stored on this website, and nobody here can see it. Whether you pay by card or through PayPal, your details go straight to the payment provider, which holds them on its own secure systems.
All we keep is a secure reference from that provider, which lets your next delivery be paid without you re-entering anything. You can remove it at any time from the Payment methods section of your account.
Where do I manage my subscription?
In the Subscriptions section of your account, where you will find the date of your next delivery, what it contains, what it will cost and every order the subscription has placed so far.
