Payment Methods

How Your Payment Information Is Handled

When you choose PayPal, your payment information is entered into and processed through PayPal.

When you choose to pay directly by credit or debit card, your card information is entered into a secure Stripe-hosted payment form.

DetoxMetals does not receive or store your complete card number, card security code, card PIN, or online banking password on its own servers.

We receive and retain information needed to process and support your order, which may include:

What DetoxMetals Will Never Request

DetoxMetals will never ask you by unsolicited email, telephone call, text message, live chat or social-media message to provide:

• Your payment-card PIN;
• Your online-banking password;
• Your complete payment-card number;
• Your card security code, CVC or CVV;
• A one-time banking or payment authentication code; or
• Approval for a banking-app request that you did not initiate.

We may ask for your name, email address, order number or other limited information needed to locate and support an order.

Never send complete card details, passwords or authentication codes through email or a website contact form.
