Starting gradually
People who are new to the products, sensitive to supplements or simply prefer a slower introduction may begin with a smaller amount, then gradually increase towards the suggested standard usage.

HMD® MULTIS contains vitamin A: do not take if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant, except on the advice of a doctor or antenatal clinic.
How to take HMD® MULTIS
Dosage: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with food.
For best consistency, spread the capsules across the day, such as:
